Master's Programme in Economics
The programme gives the student the ability to independently use economic theory and empirical methods to analyse economic problems. It primarily aims at providing a solid preparation for a career as a professional economist in government, international organisations or business but it also provides a good starting point for the Doctoral Programme. Second cycle courses and a selection of third cycle courses in Economics are taken, but also first cycle courses in other subjects than Economics. After a completed programme the student may apply for a Master's Degree in Economics.
