Course description

The course gives an overview of basic measures and methods used in econometrics by examining empirical examples from economics. The aim of the course is to give basic skills in how to plan and execute an empirical study.
The analytical tools and concepts taught during the course are used in several different professions, ranging from public administration to financial analysis and marketing.
The course is examined by assignments and a final term paper.
